Pursuant to article 10 item 1 point 10 of the Act on Hospitality and Catering Activities (Official Gazette No. 85/2015, 121/2016, 99/2018, 25/2019, 98/2019, 32/2020, 42/2020, 126/2021) and article 10. of the Act on Consumer Protection (Official Gazette No. 19/2022), we hereby wish to inform our consumers / guests that they can file a complaint about our services / activities at our business premises / receptions / catering facilities or by post or e-mail to:

We are obliged to confirm the receipt of your written complaint in writing without delay, and to respond to your complaint in writing within 15 days from the date of receiving the complaint.
