NOTIFICATION ON HOW TO FILE A CONSUMER COMPLAINT


In accordance with the Article 6, paragraph 1, item 3 of the Act on the Provision of Tourism Services (Official Gazette 130/17) and the Act on Hospitality and Catering Activities (Official Gazette 85/15, 121/16), complaints may be submitted in written form by the guests in the object itself or:


•    via post to: Turisthotel d.d., Obala kneza Branimira 6, HR-23000 Zadar
•    via e-mail to: uprava@turisthotel.com.hr


Written complaints will be processed and replied within 15 days.
