General questions

How much is the entrance to the resort?

The entrance fee is included in the price for guests staying in our resort. Daily visitors are required to pay an entrance fee. The amount depends on the period of their visit and does not include the use of the swimming pool complex.

 

Do we have to pay the admission fee for the pool?

No, all guests with the accommodation in the resort have access to the swimming pools free of charge.

 

Is Wi-Fi free of charge ?

Yes, wi-fi is free of charge for all our guests.  

 

Is there an exchange office at the reception?

Yes, there is an exchange office at the apartments reception. Working hours are from 7:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. and 2:30 - 9:30 p.m. everyday.

 

Is parking included in the price?

Yes, parking is included in the price.

 

Is it possible to book half board / breakfast upon arrival?

Yes, you can book half-board / breakfast at the reception upon arrival. Or, you can pay each meal according to your wishes directly in the restaurant.

 

Is it possible to get gluten free food?

Yes, gluten-free food is available in consultation with the reception. Please let us know at the moment of booking.

 

Is there a laundry service?

There is a laundry service at the sanitary block in the campsite, all the necessary information can be found at the reception.

 

Is there a barbecue / grill ?

There are grill places next to the sanitary blocks in the campsite and can be used free of charge.

Personal electrical and gas barbecues are allowed on the pitch. Open fire is not allowed!

 

What does the beach look like and do I have to pay for access?

You will find a description of the beach on our website. For all guests staying in our resort access is free of charge.

 

Are sun beds and beach umbrellas included in the price?

Unfortunately not. You can rent deck chairs and beach umbrellas directly on the beach /pool.

 

Are dogs allowed in your resort?

Yes, dogs are allowed up to 7 kg. If they are heavier than 7 kg send us a request with the following information: breed of dog and weight. We have a special area on the beach (near the camp site – refer to the map of the resort) where dogs are allowed. Please specify it in your reservation.

 

Is my data protected on your web pages?

Yes, your data is protected (see Privacy Policy).

Can I pay in euro or with credit card or debit card?

Yes, we accept euro, credit or debit card.

 

ACCOMMODATION UNITS – APARTMENTS AND MOBILE HOMES

Is it possible to book a specific accommodation unit (floor, view, location, etc.)?

Your special requests submitted with the booking will be forwarded to our reception. Depending on availability your wishes will be considered, but we can not give any guarantees.

 

Can you tell me which accommodation unit will be assigned to us?

For organizational reasons, mobile homes and apartments are normally assigned 1 - 2 days prior to arrival, and until then we are not able to confirm the exact accommodation unit number.

 

Is it possible to enter the accommodation unit before the official check-in at 4 p.m.?

Early check-in is subject to availability on arrival day. If the accommodation unit is empty and has already been cleaned, the receptionist can approve an early check-in.

 

Is it possible to stay longer in the apartment on the day of departure? How much would it cost?

Late check-out is subject to availability on departure day. Consultation with the reception is obligatory! If the apartment is available, you can extend your stay until 6 p.m. and you will be charged 50% of the accommodation unit rental price. For check-out after 6 p.m. one additional day will be charged.

 

Is it possible to stay longer in the mobile home on the day of departure? How much would it cost?

Late check-out is subject to availability on departure day. Consultation with the reception is obligatory! Unless otherwise agreed, for late check-out one additional day will be charged. 

 

Do you provide bed linen in the accommodation units and how often is it changed?

Bed linen is available in the accommodation units and we change it every 7 days.

 

Do you provide towels in the accommodation units and how often are they changed?

Towels are available in each accommodation unit and changed every 7 days except for Superior apartments where they are changed every 4 days.  

 

Are towels and bed linen included in the price?

Yes, towels and bed linen are included in the rental price.

 

Are extra beds / baby cots available?

Extra beds are available only in studio Ap/2 (4*). Baby cots are available but should be booked in advance.

 

 

CAMP

 

What is the size of a pitch?

Pitches are approximately 80m² -120m² large. 

 

What does pitch occupied but uninhabited mean?

Pitch occupied but uninhabited means that the pitch is occupied, there is caravan or a tent on it but is uninhabited, the guests are absent for one or more nights for various reasons (excursion etc.).

 

What is included in the price of a pitch?

Electricity, water and draining are included in the price of a pitch. 

 

Are pets allowed on the pitch ?

Pets are allowed on the pitch, they have to be on leash and under direct control of their owners.

 

Is it possible to rent a fridge box at your place?

Yes, fridge boxes are available and charged extra. The fridge boxes are convenient for keeping the beverages, fruit and vegetables fresh.

Are the sanitary blocks adapted to disabled persons?

There are 4 sanitary blocks in the camping area with bathrooms adjusted to their needs.
