Highlights of Summer 2017 in Zaton
Nostalgic. That’s how we feel as the summer 2017 is about to reach its final point. But what a summer it has been! A summer of competitions and records, art and music, sports and fun activities, beach and the pool, a summer of laughter, joy and optimism. It’s been a summer in which Zaton Holiday Resort has yet again given you the holiday to remember, and you liked it. Better still, you loved it.
As a quick reminder and to keep your heart warmed over the months to come, here are a few summer highlights of 2017 in Zaton:
1. Fabulous new pools
Even if you are a true fan of the beach, it was absolutely impossible not to fall in love with the new, refurbished swimming pool complex at Zaton Holiday Resort this summer. Pools of different sizes for all generations, some equipped with massage beds and benches and an amazing view of the Adriatic Sea in the distance, others with slides, tubes and a spray park for pure fun - a place to experience irresistible summer moments.
2. World’s largest human like sign
Is there a better way to show enthusiasm for breaking a Guinness record than with a gigantic human ‘like’ sign? That’s precisely what happened mid August when holidaymakers at the resort gathered to participate in another Guinness attempt, this time to create the world’s largest human ‘like’. It was one fine day in Zaton and everybody liked it. Or to be precise, loved it!
3. Record-breaking season
When it comes to records, this season hasn’t been only about Guinness. After all, a record number of guests chose Zaton Holiday Resort for their holiday destination. For that, we would like to give you a warm thank-you and share our hopes to see you again!
4. Mini golf championships
Adventure Golf course has been a popular pastime among our guests for a few years now. 2017 has also been a year in which the resort was proud to host Minigolf World Championship and World Adventure Golf Master. Additional mini golf courses were built a few months ago, which meant even more mini golf enjoyment. From beginners to pros, children to adults, mini golf in Zaton truly is a great fun for everyone.
5. Never ending fun
Zaton, a place where fun never stops for all generations. With feasts and (pool) parties, open air cinema, shows, games nights, competitions, mini marathons and olympics, both adults and their children have had their share of a great time. In addition, our new large amphitheatre hosted performances by national and international musicians from Slovenia, Romania, Bulgaria, Finland and elsewhere, musicals and plays. In Zaton, the show really does go on.
And the memories shall never fade...
The story of season 2017 is in its final chapter. It’s been a story of an amazing summer, the one and only Zaton and fairytale holidays. Thank you for being a part of the story, for making it exciting, fun, adventurous, simply unforgettable.
